Refunds Terms & Conditions

Refunds for extensions or services purchased on OpenCart Extensions will be given under the following circumstances:

Incorrect OpenCart version purchased

You purchased an extension that is compatible with OpenCart 1.5.x but your installation is OpenCart 2.x

Extension does not work on a basic installation of OpenCart

This is unlikely as all extensions are vigorously tested on all versions of OpenCart they are advertised to work with.  However, if it is the case that the extension purchased does not work as advertised, of course, a full refund will be given if the problem cannot be resolved.

Service purchased was not completed and/or did not resolve the problem

If you purchased a service such as an Extension Installation or a Custom Modification service and we were unable to complete the service purchased.
